Vandor Corporation, the parent company of Reel Options, has added 50,000 ft 2 of manufacturing and warehouse space to its plastics facility in Richmond, Indiana, USA, bringing the total to 175,000 ft 2 . The expansion will not only consolidate operations and improve productivity, but will also make room for more injection moulding machines on top of the existing fifty. Vandor Corporation manufactures products for a variety of industries and has a total of four facilities in the USA. The plastics division in Richmond includes Reel Options and Enviromold Plastics. It provides custom plastic injection moulding, and specialises in light- and medium-duty reel assemblies for the wire and cable industries, including fibre optics, and brake-assisted boxed reels.
