13 B31 General Inspection will bring the Vision Lab 75 to wire 2022. As the smaller of the two VisionLab models, it can measure parts up to 75mm in length, compared to the 150mm length capability of the VisionLab 150. VisionLab is a 3D measuring machine with precision optics for complete part layouts. The system is suitable for first part inspection, PPAPs, SPS sampling and final audits. General Inspection also offers high speed inspection solutions for fasteners and bolts, including the Gi-100 and the Gi-Halo. The Gi-100 is equipped with a glass dial table and advanced sensors to provide complete part measurements including inner and outer diameter, profile diameters and lengths, and visual detection of defects such as cracks, seams, nicks and scratches. The Gi-100 can inspect up to 1,200 parts per minute.

With mechanical cleaning, contamination is removed from the visible surface by mechanical friction with brushes, textiles and microfibres.
