Wire bending, straightening & forming

Every one of these operations to a thin, frangible product susceptible to kinking suggests implicit caution. Bend, do not break. Straightness – not stiffness. Formation but without deformity. These shadows are an old story with the contributors to this section of Wire & Cable ASIA. In fact, they figure importantly in the regard which these high- performance specialties have gained for themselves. Keeping a prospective threat in mind, where it can do no harm, is a very effective way of ensuring trouble-free production on the plant floor.
