Guill names new sales representative Extrusion tooling firm Guill Tool has hired a new sales representative firm. Located in Roswell, Georgia, USA, JCM Plastics Machinery is a plastics and rubber manufacturing equipment repre sentative covering the Southeastern US territory.
The contracts cover the design and supply of the advanced process equipment, including commissioning, and underline the cooperation between Tenova and the Sanbao Group. Two electric arc furnaces (EAF) contracted by Tenova Group have been put into operation and are running smoothly. “Tenova and Sanbao have already collaborated successfully, establishing Tenova’s Consteel® technology,” stated Wang Guangwen. “The successful references of Tenova LOI Thermprocess in the heat treatment of electrical steel and great efforts in the research and development in this sector fully convinced us to this investment”. Sascha Bothen said, “It was a great honour for us to participate in the signing ceremony of the Sanbao Group in Zhangzhou, which emphasises their trust in our technology. The scope of the contracts includes three annealing and coating lines (ACL) for NGO silicon steel heat treatment furnaces that will be supplied by Tenova LOI Thermprocess and Tenova Technologies (Tianjin). The contracts represent the beginning of Sanbao Group’s entry into the field of silicon steel production and are part of the “Cold-Rolled Silicon Steel and Metal Products Deep Processing Project”, Sanbao’s ambitious new greenfield project for electrical steel that aims to obtain the highest surface quality and the best magnetic properties in NGO electrical steel for Southeast China. Joseph Guigli, the company’s president/ owner, holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont. After graduation, he started working at Davis-Standard in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, USA. He then held various positions within the company, ranging from mechanical engineer, screw designer and product manager to regional sales manager and then vice president of sales for the North American aftermarket. Covering North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, Mr Guigli’s primary responsibility is to sell the extrusion product portfolio to existing and new customers.

Supply of three annealing and coating lines for NGO silicon steel
Tenova LOI Thermprocess and Tenova Technologies (Tianjin) have signed three contracts for the supply of three annealing and coating lines (ACL) for non-grain oriented (NGO) silicon steel with the Sanbao Group. The signing event was organised by the Sanbao Group and included the participation of chairman Wang Guangwen and Dong Guibo, vice general manager of Sanbao Group, as well Sascha Bothen (senior vice president of sales) and Wolfgang Eggert (general sales manager), both from Tenova LOI Thermprocess.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Sanbao Iron & Steel Co in Zhangzhou, China
