Lämneå Bruk designs and manufactures all of its drawing machines in-house

The tilted table design can be adjusted in height and degree, adding to the flexibility. For increased efficiency, the block wire height is automatically filled to a set level, which can be easily adjusted in the operator control for constant wire filling. The machines are suitable for different wire types such as low- to high-carbon, welding and stainless steel. The control system brand is customisable, with a choice that includes Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley. For uninterrupted production and equipment maintenance, Lämneå Bruk offers a rotating die holder, suitable for any wire type and wire manufacturer, as an optional purchase with the drawing machine. The die box is equipped with a compartment for the dry or wet soap drawing lubrication, and a rotating cooling body for the die. The rotating die holders are available in different designs, from two to 14 tons of pulling force. The cooling body is made for customer specific die sizes and can be manufactured with direct or indirect cooling. The die box is mounted on a cast and helix adjustment plate and can be modified in both horizontal and vertical planes for fine tuning. The drawing machines are all equipped with a double cooling system for the prevention of block overheating. Specially shaped v-grooves create a larger surface, supporting the cooling mechanism.
