THE Harting Technology Group has been awarded the Innovative Product Award in China, in recognition of its ix Industrial ® connector. The award was given by the MM modern manufacturing publication, the counterpart to the specialist magazine MM Maschinenmarkt. Industrial connector wins Innovative Product Award

The ix Industrial for new industrial devices was developed in response to users, designers and developers who wanted a compact and rugged connector with Cat 6A performance for 1/10 Gbit/s Ethernet on the control level. The latest award is the fourth accolade best- owed on the ix Industrial connector. The Harting Technology Group states that in presenting the ix Industrial, it is keeping pace with the times and has created the future miniaturised interface for Ethernet in the industrial arena.
