The full ultimat UM range of two-axis, PC-controlled wire forming machines feature a ‘closed die’ forming and cutting system, giving a high-quality square, burr-free cut and butt weld. Options available include secondary bend heads for intricate forms; tilting table models for larger components or for forming spiral forms used in fan guards; press, drilling, threading and chamfering stations; and automatic part unloading systems.
