Wire Drawing Machinery

Spinner is a real winner for Delisi Delisi Srl manufactures and sells automatic straightening and cutting machines for smooth and ribbed wires from 1-20mm in diameter. The main characteristics of Delisi machines are low maintenance and production costs, coupled with high output, quality straightening and precision. The most important innovation is in the spinner. Delisi is the only company which builds wire straightening and cutting machines with the rapid change of diameter. The spinner is supplied with a straightening unit of pre-regulated jaws for each diameter of wire to work with, which makes it easy to install the correct straightening unit so that the spinner will be ready to work without wasting time and material. Feeding rolls need never be changed, because the right groove for the wire diameter to work with can be selected by a hand wheel.

Another advantage of this new spinner is that the jaws have a longer contact with the wire, so it buckles less and the production can be increased. The pressure of the rolls is pneumatically regulated. Delisi machines can also be equipped with an electronic programmer and a picker for the rod collection bed, fitted with three lines of tiltable arms. This makes it possible to program different lengths and the number of pieces which will be collected separately in one of the three lines, without stopping the machine.

The production programme includes: Dry drawing lubricants for low carbon steel wire, plating quality wire, welding wire, CHQ, high carbon steel wire, drawing after galvanising and high alloyed steel; Wet drawing lubricants: Soluble lubricants, neat oils and greases. Products for surface treatment include: Phosphate coatings, non-reactive precoatings, precoatings for stainless steel; Auxiliary products for degreas- ing, surface treatment, pickling of stainless steel, special applications. Pan can also provide customers with a variety of machinery, including sanding belt descaler, mechanical descalers, deblaster TR 1 (single wheel shot blaster), rotating pressure die boxes, Borax coating and drying equipment, and hi-tech die reconditioning equipment. • • • •
