WRAS approval of EasyFit isolator NLB Engineering has announced that the Aladdin EasyFit Isolator, a quick-fit plumbing isolation valve for pressurised pipe, received WRAS approval in May 2012. The Aladdin EasyFit Isolator clamps around a 15mm copper or plastic pipe and allows an isolation valve to be installed quickly and easily, providing a permanent stopcock in the system. Uses of the Aladdin EasyFit Isolator include as an emergency fitting, where the stopcock is inaccessible or will not work; as a convenience device in multi-occupancy buildings, where water supply to one area needs to be worked on without inconveniencing other occupants; as a time-saving fitting, avoiding the time-wasting delays associated with freezing or draining- Valves, from China to Germany As a manufacturer of DIN valves in Suzhou, China, with a German office and warehouse in place, the Fleu group specialises in the development and production of gate, globe, check and ball valves in carbon steel, stainless steel, grey iron and ductile iron, used in a wide variety of applications in gas, oil, refining and chemical industries.
