API 15LE certified manufacturer International Industries Limited (IIL), Pakistan, is a manufacturer of steel and plastic pipes. With its offering of plastic pipes and fittings, IIL states that it is proud to be one of only two API 15LE certified companies in the world. IIL produces a wide range of plastics pipes and fittings, some of which are detailed below.

IIL MDPE gas pipes are used for the distribution of natural gas, LPG and other gaseous fuels, and follow international standards API 15LE (2006), BGC/PS/PL2: Part 1 (1986), ISO 4437 (1997) and ASTM D-2513 (2000). The pipes are available in sizes ranging from 20 to 250mm, wall thicknesses from 1.8 to 22.7mm, and standard dimension ratio (SDR) from 7 to 17.6. The company’s HDPE water pipes are used for bulk water transmission, and are manufactured on state-of-the-art extruders. Conforming to international standards including ISO 4427, DIN 8074, DIN 8075 and PS 3580, the HDPE water pipes range from 20 to 1,600mm in diameter. IIL-manufactured PPRC pipes and fittings use 100 per cent food grade resin and adhere to the international standards DIN 8077/78 and DIN 16962. The product range includes 216 fittings and pipes from 20 to 110mm. IIL HDPE duct pipe is made in accordance with international standards ASTM D 638, ISO 1183, ASTM F-2160, ISO 2505 and Bell core GR-456, and is used to provide a ducting sheath for fibre optic and telecom cables. It is available in 12 to 250mm OD, and thicknesses from 1.9 to 27.9mm. In-house testing and quality control labs ensure that the dimensional, physical and chemical elements of IIL’s products meet and exceed stringent global quality standards. By adhering to globally recognised standards and regulations, IIL ensures that each of its products meets the quality expectations of its clients. A comprehensive quality assurance and control system is employed throughout the production process, from production planning and specification to raw material inventory control, through packing, storage and shipping.
