Saddle socket fusion machine Prisma Up 90 is a PP-R saddle socket fusion machine, designed to weld special PP-R joints such as collectors and reduced branches. The machine is composed of two assembly parts: a main jaws bracket and a frame with fitting carriage jaws. The main jaws bracket is light, for easy fixing on the main pipe. The fitting carriage jaws are designed to mount a driller with hole saw and fitting. The welding machine makes a perfect centring of drilling and socket weld, as well as the perfect alignment between pipe and fitting. The saddle sockets installed on a manual socket welder heat up the pipe and fitting surfaces. After the heating phase, the fitting is pushed inside the pipe by a screw system that ensures alignment. The working range for main pipe is Ø 40 to 250mm (or up to 630mm on request); and 20 to 90mm for branch pipe. Ritmo SpA – Italy

Our CNC controlled pipe finishing machine is capable of internally and externally machine the pipe. It can do beveling, squaring, deburring, tapering, counter boring and threading. The machine uses a cutting bit to prepare all angles and shapes. With the radial and axial feeding in combination with the CNC system it offers all the pre-set shapes that are implemented in the software.
