Nickel alloy piping materials Hart bv is a specialised stockholder of nickel alloy piping materials, and acts as a master distributor for suppliers in the oil and gas and (petro-) chemical, offshore and related industries. Seamless pipe and fittings in alloy 200/201, 400, 600, 625 and 825 are stocked, up to and including 8" in a wide variety of wall thicknesses. For shutdowns and maintenance jobs, the company uses its extensive stock, and can supply within 24 hours from its warehouse in the Netherlands, if required.

Carbon steel tube export from India to Italy Heavy Metal & Tubes Ltd (HMTL) recently exported SA179 carbon steel tubes of 27.5m in length to an Italian OEM. This is the longest straight tube cargo that the company has exported. The company has the capability to manufacture tubes up to 31m in length (in stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel), but these are mostly supplied in U-bent condition. The company also offers total project management for any project requiring a package of nickel alloys, often as an addition to customers’ carbon steel and stainless steel packages. Materials are supplied in accordance with customer specifications, all around the world. In-house services provided by Hart bv include cutting to size, additional testing and 100 per cent PMI. Hart is ISO 9001 certified, as well as being certified to remark and certify in accordance with PED guidelines. It carries out 100 per cent in-house PMI checks on incoming goods, and has a stringent supplier selection procedure.
