With the optional rotation stop or the quick-clamping chuck, the production volume for serial parts can also be increased. Size retention is ensured in both serial parts and individual components. The mandrel bending machines from Jutec are alternatives to fully auto- mated machines that require extensive conversion work. The 5000 bending system is a stationary version specifi- cally designed for applica- tions with a very large tube infeed, such as mandrel carriers with tube infeeds up to 13m in length. The mandrel-free bending machine from the 3000 series for pipe diameters up to 35mm can be used anywhere, thanks to its practical size.
