Online valve finder tool GF Piping Systems has extended its online services, with the GF Valve Finder, to simplify the search for products that match applications. The company offers more than 15,000 different standard

The GF Valve Finder helps customers to quickly find the right valves for their applications. The tool guides the customer through the valve selection process, offering three selection criteria: type of valve, type of actuation and/or type of material. By selecting at least one of the options GF Valve Finder will guide the customer directly to a page with matching valves. On this page the customer can use the extended search and further narrow down the results. When the matching valve is found, the customer is provided with comprehensive documentation, including dimensions, technical data, approvals, planning assistance, brochures and product videos. Thermoplastic valve and pipe manufacturer Asahi/America, Inc has announced its partnership with German manufacturer Bänninger. Through this new partnership, Asahi/ America will have exclusive distribution rights in North America to Bänninger’s PP-RCT piping systems for the commercial plumbing market. Marketed under the trade name Asahitec™, Asahi/America will offer Bänninger’s Climatec™ system for hydronic heating applications, and the Watertec™ system for potable water. “I’m excited about our new partnership with Bänninger,” said Asahi/America president and chief executive officer Daniel Anderson. “They share the same core values of supplying quality products and excellent customer service that we do.
