RAFTER Equipment Corporation has introduced a new proactive machine maintenance service programme for tube mill and roll forming equipment owners. The programme is designed to provide regularly scheduled service to solve common maintenance problems often found on mill equipment. It establishes an annual service agreement that includes monthly service visits by a qualified service technician at a discounted service rate. Services include on-site, hands-on training, general mill evaluations, roll stand evaluations and corrections, bear- ing inspection and replacement, weld mechanicals service and training and lu- brication best practices and techniques. ​The discounted service rate applies to all service-related visits. The agreement can be tailored to meet the customer’s needs and additional days are available at the discounted rate. Pipe & Tube Memphis PIPE & Tube Memphis 2018 will bring all sectors of the tube and pipe industry together for a dynamic exchange focusing on cutting-edge technologies, interactive education, and making connections. A combination of presentations, panel discussions and industry updates will enlighten visitors about the latest trends and market conditions to help those in the industry to improve tasks and make informed decisions on process changes to their operations.
