TRU-CUT Saw has developed a new line of tube mill saw blades with the latest carbide grade and newly developed nano-composite PVD coating, paired together to increase blade life in circular ferrous applications. The newly designed Alpha Genesis X line can be used in three different types of tube mill application: the Genesis SPM (special pipe mill) blade for single blade cut-off applications (200 to 450m/min blade speed with 0.15mm chip load per tooth); the Genesis SCM (scarf cutting mill) blade for scarf cutting applications (200 to 500m/min blade speed with 0.05mm chip load per tooth, designed for scarf cutting); and the Genesis ORB (orbital cutting) blade for dual and quad ERW tube mill cutting applications (300 to 450m/min blade speed with 0.15mm chip load per tooth).
