ASED announces new tube solutions to meet ‘constantly evolving’ industry demands

AS PRODUCTS in every business environment are constantly evolving, it means that simple and versatile machines and equipment are required with the highest level of reliability and performance. ASED, a tube and pipe producer, has produced new solutions that are hydrau- lically conceived to perform deforma- tions, tapering folds and to punch metal tubes. Internal design and construction allow it to reach precision, time saving and competitiveness in a tough market. Tube bending is a difficult process with unavoidable trial and error. Making the perfect bend depends on a few factors: materials, machines, tooling and lubrification. When you are specifying a bending machine, the centreline radius, the outside diameter and wall thickness are critical variables as well as a good tooling setup.

The two bending heads present can work simultaneously or in a separate way as well as with different radius of curvature. ASED end forming machines are custom built to meet specific customer requirements. They are able to modify the ends of steel, copper, aluminium and brass tubes. The metal tube is present in many sec- tors – school, home, office furniture, in - dustrial, automotive, leisure and garden- ing just to name a few. School benches, chairs, shelves, radiators, gardening accessories, stairs and scaffolding are really daily use objects. The diameter and length ranges of the treated tubes are very wide and many customisations are possible with a high level of perfor- mance and the after-sales service. ASED www.asedtubes.com

ASED has designed new, innovative solutions for pipe producers

ASED’s series of hydraulic units are combined to work simultaneously, or sequentially, to allow all the workings required on the specific piece. In case the bending machines are both in use, and maintenance is immediate thanks to the simple design, the dimensions are limited, and the fast retooling ensures a flexible production.

Rolf Schlicht GmbH reveals new tube heating tunnel THE RS MULTICUT heating tunnel was designed to heat rigid plastic pipes and profiles before cutting. Hard materials sometimes have the property of splintering or generating cutting chips when they are chipped when cold. By heating the material in the inline process, it is possible to achieve a clean and chip-free cut. There is no need for expensive post-processing. The new heating tunnel works ideally in connection with the RS MULTICUT rotary cutter MC-NG. In this application, the preheating sections that are manufactured have two heaters each of 3,000 watts. The heat supply is regulated depending on the speed. In addition, an extremely fast on/ off function is integrated so that the amount of heat can be controlled precisely. Different heat levels are available for different polymer types, product sizes and line speeds. All of Rolf Schlicht’s heating tunnels are fully safeguarded to protect the user and avoid the risk of fire and suitable polymers include impact-resistant, rigid PVC, HDPE, PB and PP.
