The new product line has been made by using knowledge from the diverse engineering team, along with the company’s 30 years of experience in MFL inspection of OCTG products. Tube bending machine for small diameters SCHWARZE-ROBITEC has delivered a new fully electric CNC 25 E TB MR compact tube bending machine to China. Changzhou Liangxu Vehicle Accessories Co Ltd says that for first time it is able to bend smaller tube diameters extremely fast and as part of a fully electric process as a result of the new delivery. Schwarze-Robitec developed the new machine size for small tubes and it is available in both left and right bending versions as well as in a rotary variant, with the bending head capable of rotating 180 degrees. machine body, which means that the machine requires no additional control cabinet and can therefore be moved around the production area. The delivered machine is capable of bending steel tubes with a diameter of up to ca 1" and a wall thickness of ca 0.08", as well as stainless steel tubes with a diameter of up to ca 0.8" and a wall thickness of ca 0.06".
