Each machine has its own ID card and the system can be configured to include restrictions and security levels, so specific access and permissions are given to designated users, each with their own domain and login. Similarly, it can be in any language – or as many – as required, while as a technologically agnostic platform, it can be tailored to almost any operating system. In short, QH FLUIDTREND™ offers an agile and fully customisable solution. To help our customers effectively embrace Industry 4.0, we have developed and refined a systematic implementation programme based on close partnership and clear consultation at every stage – from initial discussion through to training and even data analysis. Arguably the most important phase is a thorough audit of all plant, after which a fully costed solution is presented along with anticipated return on investment. Post-implementation performance is measured against these estimates to provide proof of the value it adds.
