Engineers, estimators and designers can download BIM and CAD files through the company’s online catalogue at cad.asahi-america.com. The new library contains approximate- ly 1,000 BIM files for Asahi/America’s most popular manual valves, including the Type-57 butterfly and Type-21 ball valves. BIM files for the company’s Air- Pro ® compressed air piping system are also available.

To access files through the new interface, the user simply chooses the desired part and file type, and then downloads, prints or emails the files. 32 formats are supported.
