TAYLOR-WILSON PACKAGING SYSTEM, FOR TUBE MILLS OR SEAMLESS FINISHING LINES

Fives designed the Taylor-Wilson packaging system to accommodate a multitude of variables, with three styles of machine to process tubes from 12 to 219 mm with lengths of 3 to 12 meters.

The packaging machine can operate in various modes from manual to fully automatic while processing rounds, squares or rectangles in a hex, square or rectangular bundles.

The bundle is built-up by mechanical layering and transferred downstream to flexible material handling options.

Optional tilt/drain and weigh station available. The bundles can be discharged in multiple directions, depending on plant layout.
