Appointments made to Inductotherm Group Italy board as it strengthens capabilities

AS part of the Inductotherm Group’s strengthening strategy Inductotherm Group Italy has recently appointed new members to its board of directors to reinforcement its Italian capabilities. Inductotherm Group, Italy, which is based in the city of Turin, provides local representation for the global Inductotherm Group. The new members of the board have been appointed to help develop the roles and operations in Italy across the heating and welding sectors, which include the established brands of Thermatool, Banyard and Radyne. The Italian company has been operating for five years and has made a significant contribution to the company’s European customers and supplier chains during that period. Inductotherm Group Italy will be escalating its presence in the markets of Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria with additional sales and service support. “Particularly during these times, investment into strategic growth is critical for future stability and continued customer support,” said Wayne Hine, president of Inductotherm Group Italy’s board of directors. The additions to the board of directors will provide added focus to cement long-term business relationships and provide additional business strategy support. brings his experience working with leading businesses in the automotive, industrial vehicles, energy and steel making sectors to this appointment. His managerial positions in sales, including industrial goods marketing, technical expertise, quality control, logistics and purchasing allows for continued excellence and consistent provision of services to customers. Mr Adrian Wood – director of Inductotherm Italy board of directors: 15-years of technical induction heating and welding expertise predominantly dedicated to the Thermatool brand, with extensive experience in building customer relationships and negotiating contracts. He was appointed as head of sales for Inductotherm Heating & Welding in 2018 and then promoted to director of sales in 2020. He brings knowledge for developing sales and marketing strategies, implementing and managing new sales activities, to bring a new dynamic to Inductotherm Group Italy and to generate growth across several territories. Mr Wayne Hine – president of Inductotherm Italy board of directors: employed by the Inductotherm Group since 2008, initially in business development due to the merger of

Thermatool, Radyne, Banyard and Newelco brands to form Inductotherm Heating & Welding Ltd, UK. He then also took leadership of sales after he joined Inductotherm Heating & Welding’s board of directors in 2016 and was appointed managing director in 2018, a position that he will retain while also taking Inductotherm Group Italy forward. Mr Hine is an experienced company director with proven commercial acumen across the sales and marketing of capital equipment, spares and customer service, with additional financial achievements across a broad industry spectrum, including metal processing. He has worked across an international platform for more than 35 years and brings a comprehensive range of strategic and operational experience to further support this expansion.
