Easy butt fusion machine setup application

SET & Go Pro is a professional application for Android smartphones and tablets that provides a new way to work with Ritmo Easy Life butt fusion machines. It combines ease of use and innovation with the advantages of a CNC welding system, eliminating the expensive hardware of data logging. The Easy Life welding machine is set up using a smartphone or tablet with a few easy steps: choose the international welding standards (ISO, DVS, UNI, ASTM, etc), pipe diameter and SDR. The GPS and smartphone scanner allows collection, transfer and storage of information by project name. The exact location of each pipe weld can be recorded, as well as the construction site. Pipe and fitting barcodes and operator badge can be scanned, and a photo can be taken before and after the installation. A detailed report at the end of each weld provides technical data with exact graphs and parameters to compare against international welding standards and a geolocation map.
