Violi Srl introduces its latest development in high-tech tube straightening

VIOLI Srl is an Italy-based company that specialises in the design and production of industrial machinery for the tube and wire industries. It now also offers a high-tech solution in tube and wire straightening. The VM/MRTV machine is designed to straighten and automatically cut wires made of metals such as aluminium, copper, brass, steel, silver and gold to the desired length and without stopping the advancement of the wire during the cutting operation. Violi says that this is possible due to technologically advanced solutions and high quality components, which ensure excellent results and high productivity. The machine is composed of a coil holding system, a central dragging group, a rotating straightening group and a cutting group. There is also the wire-straightening machine with fly cutting system model VM/MRTVS-C, which is designed to straighten and cut to length – through a cutting system with circular saw blade or shears – metal wires with several diameters without stopping the advancement during the cutting operation. This machine is composed
