Metalube focuses on customer service with new operations appointment

METALUBE, a UK-based manufacturer of specialist industrial lubricants, has announced the appointment of Lewis Cornish as commercial coordinator to help lead its customer service operations. As part of the company’s plan to focus on customer care, Mr Cornish will ensure that Metalube customers enjoy a seamless process in sourcing and procuring across the three brands. Working alongside Lauren Wolstencroft, head of marketing and commercial administration, he will aim to implement new initiatives to enhance the company’s relationships with customers globally. With a view to strengthening the business relations between the two countries Messe Düsseldorf established the Russia Centre of Expertise in the North Rhine-Westphalian capital in 2001 in cooperation with the City of Düsseldorf and the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and that same year the Düsseldorf trade fair company co- organised the first “Düsseldorf Business Days” in Moscow.
