EHE Consumables acquires ISO cer tification EHE Consumables has been awarded ISO 9001 certification, underlining the company’s commitment to excellence and customer service. The team at EHE worked hard over the ten months between initiation and the certification audit and the results were outstanding as they passed the audit.

Standardization. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process ap- proach and continual improvement. ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services. Tony Fletcher from Fletcher & Associates served as the ISO consultant throughout the process which began in November last year. Documenting and reviewing all the company’s processes and thousands of drawings before the certification audit, by American inspection and certification organization NSF, in August of 2018, was a huge undertaking for engineer Alex Daum, who led that part of the job. “Yes, it certainly was,” he smiles,
