Efficient in-line welded tube quality measurement ZUMBACH Electronic, a manufacturer of non-contact measuring technologies for the wire and tube industry, is consolidating the established Profilemaster measurement system range, which has multiple successful installations in the welded tube industry. The Profilemaster solutions are technological advance- ments and offer a good measuring frequency, different measuring field sizes and high precision. The proven light section measurement principle used in Profilemaster enables a fast and complete acquisition of the entire product contour with 4 up to 6 camera/laser modules. Product dimensions from 2mm (.02") up to 150mm (5.90") are covered in different measuring field sizes.
