Com Spare celebrates 10 years of success in the tube mill cold sawing industry

COM SPARE has been supplying its tube mill roll tooling sets, which it has developed while working closely with its customers, for more than ten years. The tube mill cold cutting saw units have been a great success in this time it said and the company is this year celebrating a decade of offering reliable, high quality saws with good economic performance. Com Spare offers a series of tube mill cold cutting saw machines, from model CT25 to model CT165, and from model CT 165-M to model CT 406-M. The high speed CT25 is for the small tube online cold cutting process. The fixed tube length is 2,805mm, online speed is 80m/min and max speed is 90m/min. Customers have reported being satisfied to see the excellent running condition of the machines and report that it has helped them to efficiently

cut 6m tubes into pieces. The high speed CT25 helps to reduce costs and also saves factory space. For a larger size tube mill cold cutting saw machine, there is the milling type model and the dou- ble-cutting heads – from model CT

165-M to model CT 406-M. The bigger size tube have a big cutting range and they require a big outer diameter from the cutting saw blade, which will save on cutting costs in the long term.
