The deal, for an undisclosed sum, involves the creation of a new company, Addison Forming Technologies, which will employ most of the Addition workforce. About 20 staff will switch to the new entity. SMK2020 – the 6 th Steel & Metal Korea STEEL & Metal Korea 2020 (SMK2020) is Asia’s only steel and non-ferrous metal industry exhibition, hosted by the Gyeongsangbuk-do region, which produces 22.3 per cent of steel in Korea. It will be held at Daegu Exco on 4 November 2020.
