Roll-Kraft appoints technical specialist

He will also welcome customers who come to Roll-Kraft to observe their rolls in full production, walking them through each stage of the operation, a process which will give confidence to the customer as they prepare to eventually manufacture products at their own plant. It will be his responsibility to respond to calls for in-house assistance by analysing the need and, if necessary, arranging for an immediate trip to their facility. This ability to provide service at critical times aims to help reassure customers of a commitment to their success, which is a major part of Roll- Kraft’s core business principles. Roll-Kraft is a producer of custom-designed roll tooling for the tube and pipe and roll forming industries.
