Bending machines model C50 and C22

The model C50 from OP

WITH more than thirty years of experience providing hose and tube processing equipment to the worldwide market, OP Srl is presenting its new bending machines, C50 and C22. These machines were developed for bending rigid tubes in stainless (AISI 316 TI) and carbon steel (ST 37.4). Each toolset can be easily changed without any setting or special devices. A simple graduator protractor is easy to adjust and can be used to change the bend angle. The model C50 can bend tubes by a maximum external diameter of 50mm with a bending angle up to 180°, while the bending time at 90° is six seconds with a bending angle tolerance of 2°. The model C22 can bend tubes with a maximum external diameter of 22mm with a bending angle up to 180°, while the bending time at 90° is approximately five seconds with a bending angle tolerance of ±1° max.

Pneumatic welding machine for crossover fittings

RITMO SpA is an Italian company with 35 years of experience in the manu-

facturing of plastic welding machines and equipment.

The company’s S02 workshop welding machine is able to thermo-mould PP-R fittings for civil and industrial purposes. The special pieces are called ‘crossover fittings’ since they are shaped to overtake an existing pipeline. They have a range of diameters from 20 to 32mm. The S02 features a cutting station able to prepare the working pipes to the required size. After the cut, the segments are heated, in order to be bent in a special bending station. The bending station is composed of two working units, which are independent and configurable with different working diameters to ensure flexibility and productivity. For every work cycle, the S02 is able to realise up to ten special fittings.
