Induction billet heating system supplied to Bonney Forge

AJAX Tocco Magnethermic has shipped a PowerForge billet heating system to Bonney Forge Corp in Pennsylvania, USA. Bonney Forge markets and manufactures forged steel fittings and unions, branch connections, forged steel valves, cast steel valves and speciality products. The 1,300kW, 1.3 to 3.3kHz system is designed to heat carbon steel billets to forging temperatures. The system includes a coil shuttle table for automatic changing of the coils and frequency for differing billet sizes. Tolexpo launches engineering award LAUNCHED specially for the Tolexpo show in November 2015, the Tolexpo Trophy, which is part of the Midest Trophies, is the only award in France dedicated exclusively to manufacturers of production equipment for sheet, tubing and profile metal working. the sheet metal sector (strengths and performances) presented by equipment manufacturers and retailers. The last show in 2013 saw no fewer than 64 new products exhibited at Tolexpo, including one international launch.

Targeted visitors looking for new equipment are expected to discover the products and technical innovations offered by suppliers at the show.
