Improved handling of saw blades FOR more than 100 years Tenryu has researched TCT circular saw blades for metal cutting to improve performance. Now a further breakthrough has been achieved in tube cutting of thin wall steel tube of different steel grades against traditionally used highest quality HSS circular saw blades.

The lifetime of the TCT HypercutPro saw blades tops the output of the complete lifecycle of HSS saw blades including re-sharpening. This offers the advantage of using one TCT saw blade instead of an HSS saw blade with many re-sharpenings and PVD re-coatings. This means blade handling and machine resetting is not needed for reduction of diameter and kerf-thickness and number of teeth when the teeth have to be remade on HSS blades due to reduction of blade diameter and shrinking of tooth pitch.
