Krenn acquires Kamax’s steel cutter and testing division

WERKZEUGFABRIK Albert Krenn has acquired the steel cutter and testing press division from Kamax Tools & Equipment GmbH & Co KG, which is based in Homberg, Germany. All orders and repairs for Kamax products from this business unit of the company will be processed by Krenn, a traditional Bavarian company that has established itself on the international market as a specialist in cutting steel. The aquisition has enabled Krenn to expand its product range with cutting tools for all requirements. Kamax, founded in 1935, is a global technology leader in the production of high-strength fasteners for the automotive industry.
