R&D co-op TMK, a manufacturer of pipe for the oil and gas industry, has signed an R&D cooperation programme for 2014-2016 with Lukoil, providing for the launch of import-substituting and new types of high-performance tubular products to meet the needs of the oil and gas sector. TMK operates 28 production sites in the USA, Russia, Canada, Romania, Oman, UAE and Kazakhstan and two R&D centres in Russia and the USA.
