MinarcMig machines featuring extra tube welding power KEMPPI has released the latest additions to its portable product lineup – the MinarcMig 190 Auto and 220 Auto welding machines. Packed with more welding power than in the past, these small and lightweight machines represent a leap forward in MIG/MAG welding capacity and quality. The machines aim to offer the best level welding power from a 1-phase 230V power supply, which provides flexibility in choosing and moving around worksites. An intuitive and user-friendly interface makes operating the machine easy for both experienced welders and beginners. The auto setting by plate thickness simplifies the welding process and improves welding quality. It offer enhanced mobility and easier welding so the user can experience the freedom to weld effortlessly. The lightweight and portable design also allows easy and safe movement. The MinarcMig 190 Auto and 220 Auto now feature both automatic and manual mode set-up as standard. This allows precise welding quality and accurate ignition, all controlled by Kemppi’s adaptive arc regulation system. Simply set the plate thickness on the MinarcMig Auto, and weld a variety of

materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium and CuSi brazing filler wires. These machines deliver portable MIG/MAG welding power, offering 190 amps at a 35 per cent duty cycle or 220 amps at a 20 per cent duty cycle from a 16 A, 1-phase mains supply. The new MinarcMig models come ‘equipped ready to weld’ with the Flexlite GC welding gun. This gun features integrated cable bending support and an innovative gun handle as standard, ensuring optimal handling and control.
