T&H Lemont expands sales team with two hires T&H LEMONT has added made two additions to its sales department – Terry Steigmeier joins as sales manager and Latoya Hill as sales engineer. Terry Steigmeier

Other roles throughout his career include sales and marketing positions for welding-related products and services. His most recent role was sales manager at TEKFAB, a manufacturer of roll forming machines and related equipment. Newcomer Latoya Hill’s duties are focused on sales of mills, components, tooling and consumables. Ms Hill has held various customer service positions, including a stint with Main Steel LLC.

Industry veteran Mr Steigmeier will oversee the company’s sales and marketing department. In this new role, Mr Steigmeier will be responsible for all of the company’s sales and marketing activities, including new business development, building customer relationships and sales growth. A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mr Steigmeier’s first role in the metal fabrication industry was as a sales

Kalle Suurpää appointed CEO of Kemppi Oy KALLE Suurpää has been appointed as the new CEO of Kemppi Oy. He will take up his role in August 2024. Mr Suurpää brings many years of leadership experience, having served as vice-president of the valve controls and actuators business unit at Valmet Corporation, a position he held until his recent appointment. With a career spanning role at Neles Oy and Metso Flow Control, Mr Suurpää is recognised for his prowess in product and technology development.
