XZTF Round-to-Square Share-roller Pipe Mill

Despite of some advantages in tube forming, traditional direct square forming tube has some major drawbacks in tube structure and its pressure resistance. With this, in the past several years ZTZG has put R&D into square tube forming, which allows the forming method of ‘round-to-square’ while sharing rollers in both forming and sizing sections, making major breakthrough in square pipe forming technique. Advantages: • Save up to 95% roller cost per size of product • Even inner R angle with no reduced thickness compare to direct square forming • Eliminate the incidence of R angle cracking when producing high grade tubes • High automation level, allows 1 button roller adjustment
