LA-CO Industries, Inc has announced the acquisition of Tempil ® , a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW). Tempil is at the forefront of accurate temperature indication technologies for welding, supply chain and process integrity, and healthcare sterilisation markets. Since 1938, Tempil has delivered customer-driven solutions for effective temperature measurement. With the addition of advanced new technologies and capabilities from Tempil, LA-CO Industries and its global brand of Markal ® industrial marking and temperature indication products are well positioned for growth within the industrial and welding channels.
