Customised turnkey finishing line for manufacturers of heat exchanger tubes

MANUFACTURERS of high quality heat exchanger tubes are rare, but Reika GmbH & Co KG based in Hagen, Germany, can now claim to cover this very important international market to a large extent with complete handling systems for sensitive pipes. Finishing lines for hot-rolled, drawn, cold-pilgered and longitudinal welded tubes, hot-rolled bars and precision blanks are part of the production range. Complete lines are customised by combining individual processing stages, such as straightening, testing, cutting, chamfering, and multiple storage resp. bundling.
