OTO delivers a new mill to Bolivia OTO has completed the production of a 1½" high productivity tube mill for delivery to Ferrotodo, a tube manufacturer located in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This is the third tube mill that OTO has supplied to this customer in ten years of collaboration: with this mill Ferrotodo will increase its share in the export market and in particular in the automotive industry. and one more is on order for delivery to South America next year. Tube mill for 10-38mm range

INCREASE PIPE WELDING PRODUCTIVITY & QUALITY

The tube mill has been studied with the aim of entering in the automotive industry, namely for the headrests and for the main frame of the seats of two top car manufacturers. The machine is able to manufacture tubes in the range from 10 to 38mm, with thicknesses up to 2mm, and able to process special high resistance steel: the mill is also able to produce stainless steel tubes. Among the various features, the mill will be capable of producing tube having very tough tolerance in diameter, in order to satisfy the extremely rigid requirements of the automotive industry. This is the fourth mill of this specific size that OTO has manufactured so far, Wallover Oil adds sales manager WALLOVER Oil Company, a manufacturer of metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants, has named Rick Suriano as regional sales manager for Northern Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin.
