Daniel Whitehill, formerly vice- president of engineering, has been made president. He has been with Rafter since 1994 and will oversee all operations of the company. Walter Krenz, formerly the president of the company, will continue to provide sales and technical support to all divisions within the company. John Hostetler, formerly director of operations, has been made chief executive officer. He has been with the company since 2001 and will oversee all fiduciary responsibilities as well as provide assistance to sales and marketing. Paul Herman has been promoted to director of operations. He has been with the company since 1996. Mr Herman will be responsible for all manufacturing, purchasing and daily operations, and has direct interaction with the engineering manager. Garry Paulin has been promoted to engineering manager. He has been with the company since 2010. Mr Paulin will be responsible for all engineering functions and engineering scheduling, and has direct interaction with the director of operations.
