HSS circular sawblades for tube cutting

Julia Utensili, Italy, produces a wide range of HSS circular sawblades with diameters from 20mm to 620mm. In recent years, the company has invested in modern production systems and in the development of a new generation of PVD surface coating for HSS circular sawblades.

Close collaboration with technicians from a number of leading machine manu- facturers has allowed the development of sophisticated software for the precise calculation of optimal cutting parameters. This research which has already been applied to the most recent sawing machines. This development has enabled better sawing performance and longer tool life, particularly for those applications that demand higher cutting precision and better surface finish on the cut pieces.
