robotised and automatic production cells; software solutions for production data analysis and management; tool design and manufacturing including patented “bend die with integrated wiper die”. Nothing is left to chance in the production chain, particularly when it comes to energy savings. A dedicated team works to perfect existing solutions and bring old machines up to date through retrofits. New machines are designed to require minimal energy, to avoid scrap and be versatile to adapt to produce many different parts. You can visit one of its booths (Tube 05 C18 and wire 10 A18) and discover all the technological features on offer. Its sales teams will be there to guide you, show you machines and look at your project needs.

OVER the 40 year of its existence Numalliance has installed more than 14,000 machines worldwide through its various brands: Eaton Leonard, Addison McKee, Silfax, EMS and MIB Hydro. These machines and presses are dedicated to bending and forming wire Ø0,8 to 16mm in coil, tube up to Ø150mm and strip, which are used in a wide range of sectors: automotive, aerospace, HVAC, e-mobility, con- struction, luxury goods and household appliances. In addition to the standard machines Numalliance also offers a wide range of secondary operations to meet customer specifications. These operations are developed in-house by Numalliance and are fully compatible with its machines, facilitating their integration and maintenance: in-line operations such as chamfering, press operations, welding, 3D control, handling;

wire drawing lines. The design of the new product line shown at the trade fair is based on the EJP engineers’ experience in the wire industry. The group’s machines and systems made in Germany cover the complete process chains in wire, bar, tube and section making.

THE three EJP companies – EJP Machines, EJP Wire Technology and EJP Tosca Shot Blasting Plants – will be showing their products at a joint stand. With the recent addition of wire drawing lines to the product portfolio, EJP can now supply the full range of production and processing machinery, from the forming stage to surface finishing, for wire, bar, tubes and sections, from a single source. The products shown at the trade fair will include a peeling line from EJP Machines operating in combination with a new band grinding machine from EJP Wire Technology that produces peeled wire of premium surface quality. A further benefit of the combined machine is its compact design. The original focus of EJP Wire Technology, which was founded in 2020 in the German town of Schwerte, was on equipment for wire pre-treatment, but the company also supplies complete

EJP Machines will also be showing its range of systems for all production steps from input stock handling, wire drawing, peeling and straightening, through to quality control and the storage of the finished long products. EJP Tosca will be showcasing shot-blasting machines for wire and other long products. One of the machines displayed will be the TS-CV shot-blasting machine for in-line mechanical wire-surface cleaning and roughening. Three or more
