In combination with its USYS processor and display solutions, the CAPAC HS series is able to control the capacitance levels of the product. When combined with other additional measuring equipment such as ODAC ® laser diameter and ovality gauges, ultrasonic wall thickness and concentricity measuring systems, KW lump and neckdown detectors, an entire insight to the tube and cable production process is possible to achieve.

The processing unit CAPAC HS, compatible to the family of capacitance measuring tubes up to 68mm diameter, includes as standard the largest range of features of any system in the market, plus extensive IO capabilities to suit global customer requirements, including: 0-1800pf/m (0-600pf/ft) measuring range; power over ethernet webserver display connectivity; pin hole/fault detection for fast error detection; high frequency analogue output for FFT/SRL analysis allowing up to 6.5GHz testing; multiplexed FFT signal over Zumbach USYS interface for highest FFT/SRL
