Press fitting system EUROTUBI Pressfitting is a system of tubes and fittings used for hydrothermosanitary installations recommended for the conveyance of water, gas and compressed air. System is compatible with most brands of fittings available in the market.

The Pressfitting System combines the reliability of the joints with the easy and quick method of laying, as it does not require gluing, threading or welding. A system created with Pressfittings ensures high performance and long life, in addition to minimising maintenance. Because of the quality and reliability of the stainless steel used, Eurotubi Pressfitting System is suitable for creating drinking water and domestic water systems, and can also be used for heating, air conditioning, climate control, gas, cooling, fire extinguishing and compressed air systems, and in the naval industry. Eurotubi states that for thermal installations, carbon steel represents an innovative solution, offering the same quality level provided by traditional copper systems, but at lower costs. The company is working to expand its range with ‘V’ profile fittings. For the US market, these will be available in inch dimensions.

The fittings feature an O-ring seating, with high use resistance rubber seal, able to support high pressures and temperatures over 85ºC. Tubes and fittings are assembled through the permanent deformation of the fitting by special pressing jaws mounted on small electromechanical tools. Once pressed, the O-ring ensures a hermetic and indivisible connection. The Eurotubi Pressfitting System has a wide range of available fittings, in diameters from 15 to 108mm in 316L stainless steel, and in diameters from 12 to 108mm in carbon steel. Material quality, constant sealing and duration tests, and rigorous quality control have allowed the Eurotubi Pressfitting System to obtain conformity with the strictest international certifications, including the German DVGW and VdS approval.
