TAIYUAN Tongze Heavy Industry Co Ltd (TZCE) designs and manufactures equipment for seamless pipes and has already helped to provide more than 100 sets of equipment to major pipe plants in China. TZCE was founded in August, 2001 and the design centre of the company is the provincial technology centre of Shanxi Province. It is equipped with 13 technical offices and eight subsidiary companies and has 480 personnel, with 260 engineers and technicians and 16 senior engineers. It owns 116 patents, of which 35 items are inventive patents and 81 items are innovative patents. Its products are mainly used for producing high grade oil pipe, nuclear power tube, supercritical high-pressure boiler pipe, high-pressure bottle tube, thickness tube and larger diameter pipe with small thickness. These include mandril retained MPM continuous rolling line, cone-type piercer, assel mill, accu-roll, rolling mill, stretch-reducing mill/sizing mill, straightener, rectification mill of profiled bar, production line of length-measuring, weight-measuring and marking, larger size seamless pipe extruder, other forging equipment and electrical auto-control system of many technical equipment. TZCE has a team of experts in designing and working on electric, hydraulic, lubrication and mechanical processing assembly. It has one of the biggest assembly workshops specialising in pipe equipment, and one of the biggest digital bridge type milling machines of 5,500x6,000x18000mm in China. TZCE has produced 28 sets of cone- type piercers, 36 sets of three roller stretch-reducing mill/sizing mills, 27 sets of six roller straighteners, five production lines of continuous tube mills and 11 sets of rolling mills. according to the thickness of the material. The inevitable wear of the wheels, which decreases the wheel diameter, can easily be corrected.
