THE TUBOTRON 60 CNC rotary draw bending machine is equipped with an exposed bending head, which offers maximum space for bending even complicated tube figures. All functions are fully automatic and the axes speeds are freely programmable. The machine has an extremely robust design and a strong bending drive. In order to prevent the tube from slipping during the bending process and to avoid damages to its surface the clamping pressure can be exactly adjusted according to the tube’s dimensions and material. The pressure die can be carried out with a pressure die assist if required. Thus the TUBOTRON 60 smoothly manages to bend thick-walled tubes as well as thin- walled tubes with very tight bending radii.
