EM 120 for clean industrial hose cutting THE new Uniflex EM 120 is a hose cutting machine for hydraulic and industrial hoses with outside diameters of up to 135mm. The EM 120 is the first fully electric cutting machine on the market. The hose is pre-bent and locked while the blade moves up through the hose. All the user needs to do is enter the diameter via IPC for Industry 4.0 or IoT, and the machine will set itself and adapt the cutting speed via a sensor. The user gets an optimised flat cut without tear marks. The cutting blade is also easily accessible for replacement. The robust EM 120 hose cutting machine with a width of 2,291mm and a depth of 993.5mm has an ergonomic height of 1,274.5mm for convenient operation.
