n What is the toughest aspect of your job? And what has been the most exciting or challenging problem or project you have had to face during your career? The toughest aspect of my job, which is every CEO’s challenge in any international company like ours, is to bring people from different cultures, ages and educational backgrounds together to work towards achieving the corporation’s objective, all the while keeping everyone stimulated, motivated, collaborative and firmly believing in one’s leadership to guide the company to success.

n How do you see the tube and pipe industry changing over the next five to ten years? What do you think the industry in general can learn for the future from the past few years? What is certain is that the tube and pipe industry, together with the metal forming industry in general, are subject to the cycles of the market economy like any other industry.
